                          The key to great wines that age well is balance.  We love to share our wines with bottle age.  Kathy always says
                          “I am proud to be committed to releasing my wines with a little bottle age; they are so much more elegant when
                          they are given time for the parts to meld into one.  I am thrilled when you can enjoy my wines with a lot of bottle age;
                          it only proves the success of our style and winemaking decisions”.  Holding back wines is a big commitment that most
                          wineries are unwilling to make, but it is an essential part of our winemaking program.  We often pour library wines at
                          special events and during the summer months in our tasting room, but feel free to call us for an update on the flavor
                          profile of older vintages you may have in your cellar.
