This wine is made 100% from the Músque Clone of Sauvignon blanc. 40% is fermented in stainless steel, 30% in new oak and 30% in neutral oak, a blend that creates layers and luxurious textures on you palate. Its aromatics are charming with delicate floral notes and hints of white pepper to tease your senses. It’s soft on the palate and wonderfully delicious.
